Hygienic Art, Inc.

This unique art space features a gorgeous outdoor Art Park that hosts a series of cultural events throughout the year and a redeveloped historic building that is home to gallery space and an artist cooperative. Hygienic Art is a non-profit arts organization, celebrating 30 years of progressive arts action in downtown New London and enriching its cultural scene. The organization boasts an annual art show in January that now features nearly 500 artists as well as independent film, music and theater events. Hygienic hosts 10-12 exhibitions annually in the Galleries featuring artists in all media and presents film, music and theater events from spring through autumn in the Art Park.
