Yah-Ta-Hey Gallery opened in New London in 1978 and has been showcasing American Indian art, primarily southwestern, ever since. From its first days, the Gallery has been a mother-daughter business run by Cheryl and Dorothy Noga. Yah-Ta-Hey Gallery features special exhibitions regularly, often with the artists accompanying their work. The jewelry, which is the specialty of the Gallery, is handmade by well-known American Indian artists of natural materials such as turquoise, silver and coral.
