Connecticut Family Festival June 9th!

ENJOY live performances by Steve Elci & Friends, Nathan Hale Arts Magnet Elementary Showcase, Little Mermaid and theWayfinder, as well as author Mark Nelson O’Brien with his book “Martin the Marlin”, “The One and Only Ben,” Tiger Eye Dance Team, Creative Dance with L’Ana Burton, author Jason Deeble with his book “Sir Ryan’s Quest” (PLUS a cartooning workshop in the book tent!), and a live performance from Steve Songs

EXPERIENCE hands-on activities including education about recycling from SCRRRA, Sammy the Sea Otter from the Coast Guard Auxiliary talking about boating safety, face painting with Skadoodlez, and a children’s activity tent featuring Mystic Aquarium and other local agencies.

EXPLORE boats - from small sail boats to a tug boat, a Project Oceanology vessel with a touch tank onboard, and boats from the Coast Guard NL Station

TRYyour hand sailing right from City Pier with the guidance of trained professionals from New England Science & Sailing (NESS)
