Top Artists Now Featured at New London Main Street

New London Main Street is proud to host the works of APEX Contemporary Artists in our storefront. APEX is a new exhibit created by New London’s own Hygienic Art Gallery, featuring the work of top Connecticut artists. NLMS is lucky enough to feature art from Robert Deyber, Cat Balco, and Greyson Hong.
Robert Deyber is a world-renowned artist who has sold his works to many celebrities including Tom Petty, Alicia Keys, Sheryl Crow, Trey Parker, Kobe Bryant, Roger Waters, and Aaron Paul. His paintings portray literal interpretations of common English phrases in a comedic manner. Featured paintings include Prickly Situation I and Prickly Situation II.
Cat Balco received her Master’s degree from Yale University. She is the chair of fine arts at the University of Hartford. She uses color and perspective in a simplistic yet intriguing manner to create art you would want on your walls.
Greyson Hong uses an Avant-Garde style to create his works. Featured are his works on gender identity and familial norms. He briefly attended the United States Naval Academy before pursuing a degree in the arts. He received his Bachelor’s degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and his Master’s degree from Bard College.
